Very many thanks for all your help this morning. I lost count of the number of bags we removed but it was certainly well in excess of 20. Having spoken to Keith at the end of the session it is clear we have now cleared the whole river running through Silton (I cleared Silton Mill this afternoon). I intend to inspect the river again in 2-3 weeks time to see if there any areas we may have missed but essentially I believe we cracked it today.
